Pringle Mercantile Online Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be postmarked to return within 20 days of your delivery date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For any further questions concerning returns please e-mail: joey.giddens@gqgifts.com.

All items returned must be: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All Last Chance Sales, Clearance Sales, or any discounts 40% off or greater cannot be returned from online or in-store.
